Found at Seattle
Word was received at the office of
Sheriff Taylor today that George
Hval, who is wanted here on a charge
of obtaining money under false pre
tenses, Is held by the Seattle authori
ties and that he has waived extradi

to Seattle to return the prisoner to
face trial in Lane. It is charged that
Hval on October 4 last passed a
check, here but had not sufficient
funds in tho bank. Hval was former
