more than two weeks of deliberation,
the grand jury here eoneidering the
new charges against Senator Wheel

day some of the principal figures in
the senate heeler investigation of
several months ago. Tom Stout, a
former membVr of congress from
Montana, who testified before the
senate committee iu regard to the

one of the witnesses examined.
Mr. Stout was followed by K. X.
llooth former solicitor for the inter
ior denartmeut, whose correspond
ence with Campbell was introduced
into the senate inquiry.
Still another witness summoned for

partner of Senator Wheeler, who gov

ing athletics and the like, will have
its numerals engraved on the cup for
this year.
Music by both the boys and girjs'
glee clubs will be a feature of the
exercises, and patriotic songs will be
sung by the assembly.
