Wnsh- burne who has taken the plan up with the board of directors of the chamber. "We have the cooperation of the light and water board with the cham ber and an effort wilt be niBdc to have tho decorations set by Saturday night and they will remain in place until after the holidays," Mr. Wash burn said. It is planned to have Christmas trees, six to seven feet high, placed in alt the flagpole sockets along the curb line in front of each business place. The electroliers will also add a gay color to the street as it is planned to have green and red lights, two on each cluster. It was pointed out to the chamber directors that many cities of the Northwest have elaborate decorations during the Christmas period and that some effort should be made here to give a touch of the holiday spirit.
