Young Boy Is Held , On Liquor Charges Charged with possession of liquor a 10-year-old boy waa arrested at a dance in the vicinity of Cushman Sat urday night by a special operative of the district attorney's office. "This is the youngest man arrested for this of fense since I have started work with the Law Knforcement league," is the statement of Lewis M. Klelzing, who is directing a force here in the war on the liquor traffic. "This boy is not a boozer, nor bootlegger, he evidently found the liquor somewhere and did not realize the seriousness of keeping It in his possession," Mr. Kletzing said.
