Re ceipts are no more than sufficient for the demand now und fancy stuff is m demand. Country dressed pork and veal is trifle easier todt.y with choice light hogB down to 13 and 131-c. Good calves wilt still -bring around 11c with cent more obtained frequently on fancy veal. The potato market is- inactive. Very little Oregon stock is being of fered yet as growors hove not hod a chance to dig since the frosts on ac count of the continual wet weather. Yakima potatoes are being offered 11 the way from $18 to $22.50 n ton. Best No. 1 gems cost around $1.35 laid down here and dealers are sell ing at $1.75 per hundred. Oregon po tatoes cost around $1.15 and sell for $1.50 to $1.05, depending on grading. The onion market continues to hold stesdy. Buyers are paying around $1.40 to $1.50 at country points with the best No. 1 yellow onions bringing 2 cents along the street.
