of a mile away, lodged In the right
shoulder of C. A. Tolle of Walter.

COTTAGE GKOVE, Aug. 1. A
search of-a year has ended, and an
expenditure of $150 been made, as
the result of which Mrs. It It. Wil
kinson of this city hss her treasured
pet French bulldog back once more.
A year ago Mrs. Wilkinson was ill
in Loa Angelei. The dog. Teddy, was
sold while she was in bed. Recupera
tion brought back desire for the fam
ily pet, and from Cottage Grove a
search started that has ended with
the finding of the dog in the posses
sion of II. F. Schreinera -at Los An
geles. He held the animal at a bigh
figure, and was satisfied with nothing
less than $150. That was given him.
The dog Is home again. . ,
