Notice Is hereby riven that sealed
bids Will be received for the sale of
Fifty Thousand Dollara ($50,000.00),
or such portion thereof as may be
necessary, City of Kugone "Sewer
Reconstruction Bonds" by the City
Recorder of said city at hlk office in
the City Hall until 7:30 o'clock P. M.
on August Olh, 1024, at which time
and place said bids will be opened aud
considered by the Common Council of
aaid City. Said bonds shall bear date
of Seutemher 1. 1924. and will be
due and payable Twenty years from
date thereof, and shall, he issued in
denominations of from $000.00 to
$1000.01) as the pnrchasor may de
sire with interest bearing coupons
attached and which bonds are to bear
intereat at the rate of not to exceed
5 per cent per annum from the date
ot Issuance until paid, interest to oe
paid aemi-snnually on the first day
of March and September on each year,
principal and interest payable at the
office of the City Treasurer of Eu
gene, Oregon.
