Acceptance Contracts
Suit was filed in circuit court this
morning by Milton Weiss against Floyd
M. and K. ManvHlc and the Rogers
Silverware company for a judgment of
$1321. 3ti "alleged due on trade accept
ance contracts between Manvllle broth
era and the Rogers company. He also
asks (.130.34 attorney fees. The plain
tiff, who says he bought the contracts,
says that one of them, $100 In denomi
nation,, was paid but that Manvllle
brothers refuse to pay the rest. Myer
C. Rubin of Portland Is his attorney.
