Order setting aside the old Judgment
of and allowing a new trial, was
handed down by Judge O. F. Skipworth
in circuit court today in the -case of J. A.
Brnunrr vs. Guy F. Pyle. The order was
made on the petition of Williams and
Hciin. attorneys for the plaintiff. E. I.
McDpugal represents the defendant in
the case. The court held that the jury
disregarded the evidence in allowing $-18
damages in that testimony showed
