Small Envelopes Make
Work for Postoffices
Extremely email earelopea or thoea of
unusual eiia are emphatically taboo at

IX, has sent out Instructions that the
1 poatmastera everywhere should endeavor
j to educate the public to the tact that a
.mall dainty envelope runs a fine chance
or being lost or picked up off the floor
and properly ameared with a hand stamp.
This is due to the fact that the dainty
envelop will not run through th stamp
ing machine and la often lost in th
shuffle.
Envelopes of nnusnal sis are often
loat and ar sure to be blurred In stamp

Is that peopl just confine themselves
to envelopes of ordinary sis and keep
away from th freak or dainty Idea. Aa
