Dr. David Roberts. uh'e wife Gra.ec

Her affection was ground into dust by
Dr. Roberts' three days testimony In her
murder trial, during which he Mtimi d her
for their unconventional relations.
Now that Dr. Roberts has fini!irrl his
testimony and Judge Martin Lueck h.ts
ordered an investigation to determine if
Dr. Roberts can be prosecuted in Chi
cago on a charge of adultery, Waukesha
awaits patiently Mitts Liink's story.
Whether Miss Lusk will be permitted
bare her feelings is a matter of conjec

June MUs Lusk dictated a confession in
which she attempted to shield Roberts
from the Mann act. It Is probable that if
Miss Lusk attempts now to change her
story, the state will produce her con
fession. The prosecution was expected to close
its direct case this week.
