held Tuesday afternoon at 1 o'clock

ence, says the Florence West. The
commissioners having taken oath of
office the meeting waa called to
order by I B. Cimhnian and tem
porary organization was effected by
electing Mr. Cushman chairman' and
T. A. Yost secretary. They then

new service comes a new time card
which makes several radical changes
in the service through Eugene.

will pass through at 4:30 a. m. in
stead of 6 a. m. as heretofore. The
Roseburg local, which has been ex
tended to Ashland, will leave at
