this city today for the special session
to provide for the carrying out of the
reorganization plan, which Is to take
the company out of the hands of re
ceivers. The plan contemplates an
incrense In the board of directors to
sixteen, and of the formation of a
proxy committee to remain in exist
ence five years, according to the re
quirements of the modified plan of
the readjustment committee. The
