quent caller at the house during his

er. Stuckey afterward visited the wit
ness' home and chastised him there
when the reports were told him and
that he suspected illicit relations be
tween Stuckey and the witness' wife.
Upon cross-examination regarding
the nature of the Impeachment
faltered and said to District
ney Sklpworth:
"1 nm sick; that man ruined my
whole life."
Sklpworth consented to ihe excuse
and stated he would call the witness

Mrs. Stuckey was the first wit

112 years and weight Ilia pounds.

wife of Lou Stuckey went to Tabor's
one time and Stuckey denied Un
charge made by Tabor. Ho was not
armed. She did not hear her bus
band threaten to "shake hands with
Tabor with a piece of hot lead."

this afternoon L. A. Stuckey, brother
of decedent, was called to the stand.

meeting In July when the alleged
threat of Hurry Stuckey to make
Harry Tabur shako hands with a
dose of hot lead was lilnde. He said
no such threat as made. He had
called to take up the quarrel with
Merle 'labor and told him to como
down Hie road and settle the matter.
