YOU CAN FIND A BUYER
FOR EVERY DOLLAR'S
WORTH OF REAL ES
TATE YOU OWN
A' reasonable "cam
paign" of classifier adver
tising will "sell you out" in
real estate.
No one who is looking
for real estate in this city
fails to read and consider
the real estate ads.
Scarcely sale occurs
that is not, in somewa?.
promoted or brought
about by a classified ad.
Without the influence of
the little ads, real estate
transactions would be hard
to bring about not be
cause of any filt or flaw
in the properties them
selves but because the
"right buyers" could not
be quickly or effectively
found. It would be a slow
process perhaps only oc
casionally successful.

FOREST RESERVE CHARGES
ON SHEEP ARE REDUCED
Following a statement made a
venr ago at tho nieeiing of the Xa--
iionai i.rowers Association in Suit
Lake City by Glfford Pim-hos, forest
er, nnd A. R. Potter, in charge of
grazing in National forests, have an
nounced a reduction of 10 to 15 per
cent In rates for sheep grazing in the
National forests, to take effect the
coming season.
, Changes in market conditions
which have made the sheep business
Ies urofitable this last yea, espec
ially the greatly reduced prices offer
ed for wool, and the depreciation In
value of mutton, are partly responsi
ble for this reduction, in ilHiT. when
promises for a reduced schedule were
made, it was with the understanding
between stockmen and the forest ser
vice that grazing rates would not lie
changed for minor fluctuations In
the market which would naturally oc
cur from year to year, but would niir
ply only In case of radical or utu:s
uai changes.
The new schedule does, not affect
the cases where a minimum charge
of 5 cents a head has nirendy been al
lowed, or nn especially low rale has
been fixed on account of some local
conditions. In most cases the revised
fee wilt mean a reduction of about 1
cent a head. In fixing rates for graz
ing different kinds of stock. local
conditions, the effect of grazing by
different kinds of stock on forest
growth, the demand for the use ot the
range by the owners of stock, the
needs of the homesteader, and the
profits of business have alt been ta
ken into consideration.
