Heifers Bring a Better Price
With the Improved demand for
cows and heifers, both lines the
bringing a better price in the local
market. The general run of good
cows is showing an advance of about
10 cents from the low point., al
though the high mark is as yet un
disturbed. Heifers are selling S3
high as $3.50, but the general price
for good stuff scarcely ranges
above $3.25. Even this is tin ad
vance of ahuut 25 cents ove:- quota
tions ruling in the yards.
