weeks past is now finishing up the

principal place of business is Eugene.
The capital stock Is J20.000. The ob
jects are to conduct moving picture
theatres, etc.
The sidetrack on the north sidi of
the deiwt yards was finished up to
day and now there is a continuous
track on that stretch from Pearl
street to Lincoln street. The short
house track near the freight depot
will now be finished up and this will
be the extent of the construction
work In this line.
