fullows:
Aug". 20 Arrival of the fleet,
which will be welcomed outside the
heads by coastal steamers conveying
residents from the north coast
towns, and Inside by a great aquatic
demonstration, all available craft
lining the fairway. The rest of the
day will be occupied by official visits
and in the evening an official dinner
will be given by the federal author
ities at Government House.
Aug. 21 Landing of represent
ative units and an official reception
of the admirals by the Prime Min
ister of the commonwealth, Mr. Dea
kln, and the State Premier, Mr.
Wade, on the Outer Domain, in the
presence of Lord Northcote and Ad
miral Sir Harry Rawson. Then will
follow a march through the city,
and in the evening there will be a
state official dinner, the crews be
ing entertained at the theatres.
Aug. 22 The sailors will be taken
on excursions by railway to some of
the most beautiful places in New
South Wales, Including the Blue
Mountains and the Zenolan Caves.
The afternoon will be occupied with
a regatta and land sports. In the
evening Vice Admiral Sir Richard
Poore, commanding ' the Australian
squadron, will give a dinner and the
day will conclude with extensive il
luminations in the harbor.
Aug. 23 There will be voluntary
church parades.
Aug. 24 A review will be held
in Centennial Park. A federal offi
cial balf will be held In the evening,
and entertainments will be given by
the citizens and the federal non
commissioned officers.
Aug. 25. A gymkhana, Includ
ing specially Australian sports. In
the evening a reception by the ma
yor, and federal theatre parties.
Aug. 26 A demonstration by pub
lic school children, a garden party
by the governor and railway excur
sions to points of interest.
Aug. 27 The fleet departs from
Sydney for Melbourne.
