That the city of Eueene proposes
to sell the said tiree hundred thous
and dollars of water bonds to the
highest bidder therefor In denomi
nations of from one hundred to one
thousand dollars, as the purchaser
may desire; that said bonds a.-e to
bear Interest at the rate bid, not to
exceed 5 per cent per annum; said
interest payable Beml-annually on
the first day of July and January ol
each year from their date until paid;
that said three hundred thous
and dollars of water bonds will be
come due and payable by the city of
Eugene as follows: On the first day
of January, 1948, principal and in
terest payable at a place to be agreed
upon by purchaser and city.
