Complaint, has been made that the
wagon road around' Judklns' point
Ih dangerous, and that ut any time a
serious nccldent Is likely to Occur.
The roadway, which Is only about
sixteen feet in width in places, is
bordered on one side by a high and
abrupt bank and on the other a bank
which plunges steeply down toward
th,o mill race. The road has a heavy
and roustant. (raffle, and since the
electric railway has been constructed,
automobiles are obliged !o lake the
same road as the teams and vehicles.
Farmers' teams, which are ac
customed to neither automobiles nor
the street rnrs, which will sunn be
running, are likely tj be frightened,
and to cause an accident bv plung
ing over the bank Into the race
below at any time..
To remedy the situation, sugges
tion has been madn. that the fond be
widened considerably, even though
the c.ist bo great and that a strong
railing be built on the outside, so
that no team or horse could jump
over or break down when frightened.
