has obtained a new writ of habeas
corpus, returnable before Supreme
Judge Mills- of White l'laius, .New
York. The writ was obtained in an
ticipation at Judge Morschauser
signing an order today recommitting
Thaw to the Mattpawan asylum.
Later District Attorney Mack
presented to Che judge the far ma re
committment to Matteawau which
Judge Morschauser prointly signed.
Under the new writ, issued earlier in
the day try Judge Mills, Thaw mast
appear in court Monday morning.
