the estate of his wife, MrB. Lizzie
Lackey, w-ho died at her home ln
this city March 23. Mr. Lackey is
the only heir at law. She left no will
as far as can be ascertained. , The
value of the property owned by her
is estimated at 20,u00. and consists
largely of Eugene real estate and
Lane eountv timber land. Ell Bangs,
Luke L. Goodrich and W. H. Hoff
man were appointed appraisers of
the estate.
