as follows: On all sums up to and in
cluding $2 5, '5 cents; from $25 to
and including $100,' 10 cents; and 5
cents per $100 or fraction thereof on
all sums above $100. The banking
public will notice that these charges
are much less than those made by the
express company or postoffice for
