Druce case, of Londun, was arretted
in Hoboken, X. J., after the arrival
of the steamer Kaiser Aiististe Vic
toria today on request of the n-.it ish
authorities.
Caldwell is charged with jierjmj.
He testified on Xovomber s at the
Druce trial that he kiit.w the la:e
Puke of Portland, both as the duke
and as T. C. Druce, at Welbeclt Ab
bey, and at the Baker street bazaar.
He added that he had treated the
duke at both places for a disorder
of the nose. He further testified
that, in conjunction with the duke,
he had arranged for a mock funeral
of Druce and that the coffin was
filled with lead.
Caldwell also testified to other
alleged Incidents In the life of the
