of the all American baseball
team, now playing in this
city, suicided at the Occiden
tal hotel last night. Marcer
fastened a rubber tube to the
gas jet in his room, placed
the loose end of the tube in
his mouth then turned on the
gas, inhaling it till he became
unconscious. When found
he was alive but died without
regan;ng consciousness.

A rebate equal to the tarin

from all sources for one year
from the date of adoption.

on the free list, as it is not
probable that with free coal
once the country would sub
mit to anv tax being im
posed on it at any time there
