About 2:30 o'clock this afternoon
Hon B M Yoran was altacksd hy
heart failure at bis shoe store, and It
was feared for a time that hs was
dying.
He began to feel very ill and asked
his son Darwin to telephone for a
pbyaieian. Dr J W Harria was sent
for snd be arrived soon to find Mr
Yoran In a very serious condition.
Tbe doctor announced that be was
dying as his pulse indicated no action
of tbe heart at all. Stimulants were
applied, however, eausiag him to re
vive, and he waa taken in a carriage to
his home, corner West Tenth and
Olive streets, where he was pla!ed in
tied. At 4 o'clock this afternoon he
was rsstlng easily and it Is thought be
will recover.
