Tuesday morning by a jail-bird
named Herbert Wintlow, who Is
under his oustody and keeping,

jail about 8 a. to., to give the pris
oner a hot cup of ooffee, mornlnii

blm with the glad hand and yanked

ever, the deputy-sheriff managed to
