This Association is pleased to announce that the State
Department Convention of the Ladies of the G. A. R.,
and the State Camp of Sons of Veterans will be
in session here on the 12th and 13th, and
that they will assist the "Old Vets"
in having a grand time.
Tuesday, 12th, will be devoted by the Association in re
ceiving, registering, and locating visiting Veterans and their families;
while the Ladies of the G. A. R., and Sons of Veterans will hold their
business meetings.
Tuesdav Eveninsr the Veterans will hold a Reception
jointly with the above named organizations.
Wednesdav Moraine1 at 10:30 a street parade
will be made. At 12:00 o'clock Noon, J. W. Geary Post No. 7
serve a lunch to the visitors at their hall,
Wednesdav Evening: au old-fashioned Camp Fire
will be held; during which the Ladies of the G. A. R., and Sons of
Veterans will install their Department officers elect.
