"It seems to mo thov don't do any

bonght an upright piano, and when I
had paid for it I told the agent I wonld
be at the bonse at a stated honr, as I
wished to be present when the piano
was hoisted. I noticed the agent smile,
bnt ho said nothing. I thought no more
of it until after I had gone home and
noticed the way in which the piano was
moved into my apartment on thefonrth
floor. When the men drove up with
their cart, I asked them where the
hoisting machine was. One of them
whistled, and the other ono said it
would ho there all right, and he winked
at the follow with the puckered mouth.
"Then they opened a kit of tools and
began taking thut piano to pieces. Thoy
first romoved the action, and one of the
men asked where he would take it.
weaning what floor. While ho was gone
another man unscrewed the legs which
supported the keyboard. Tho third man
carried up tho legs, and while he was
gone the first man roturnod and took
up tho keyboard which the man with
the screwdriver had taken off. That left
the back and sides of tho case and the
sounding board. They wero not taken
apart. A fourth man was picked up and
given the job of assisting tho three in
carrying up what remained of the piano.
All tliiB was done in about 10 minutes.
I had nothing to do except to look on.
As the team moved away one of the
men called back, 'We'll send that hoist
ing machine up later. ' Twenty years
ago my piano wns delivered by sat'o
movers. Thoy took half a day to do it. "

was wrapped in sound, when the hand

Worry is discounting possible future
