shipped a carload of flour to Wood
land, California, last Monday and ex

changed the brand on its sacks. They
now read: "Eugene Mills, white
flour, manufactured by Eugene Mill
and Elevator Company, Eugene Ore
gou." At the bottom of the sack are
the words, "White Star," and on tlio
center of the sack Is a design of a largo
star. All flour manufactured by the
company will hereafter go by the
name of "White Star." The company
has 60 head of fat hogs at the mill
which they are unable to realizo any
thing upon at present prices.
