The grand jury in the case of the
State vs. Henry Jones, accused of con-
tributing to the delinquency of a mi­
nty girl, this forenoon reported not
a true bill and he was dis. harged

The two secret indictments return­
ed by the grand jury yesterday after­
noon were for Jou. Jacobs and his
son Anthony, the charge against
them being selling liquor.
The case of W. G. All,n vs. the
Weber-Bussell Canning Company, to
recover money, went to the jury at
3 o’clock this afternoon
