Lawlor ordered a retraction.
"I retract so far as the court is
concerned," said Murphy, "but I de­
mand that Heney be male to rt ract
that I am juggling with the court."
Judge Lawlor paid no attention to
Murpby and refused to change the
order of the trial for Wednesday.
