Mrs. Alice Cruzan, the woman who
was fixed up in the Nunn-Crowlev
murder case last summer and who
was under arrest at the time for sell
ing liquor in violation of the local
option law, but who has'been out of
the city practically all of the time
since, appeared in the Eugene jus
tice court this forenoon and entered
a plea of guilty to the charge. She
was fined »100 and the amount was
paid.
