THE DAMAGE CASE. The Beadle vs. PaiDe Jt Kuykendall damage case has proven to be a long drawn out affair. A large number of witnesses have been examined and the testimony of some of them is very lengthy. Today X-ray photographs of Beadle’s broken arm were pro­ duced, and tbe bones of a human arm were introduced to illustrate the na­ ture of tbe fracture.
