Many claims have been locat’d and are being worked, and many thou- sand dollars' worth of cinnabar ore have been removed from the mines, while the work of development and discovery goes on without abatement. F*rom a small hole on the Mayfield claim $4000 worth of cinnabar ore was removed a few days ago.
