Baseball game called at 3:00 I. M. on the Ball Grounds southwest of town. Two professional
teams have been secured.
Dance in the G. A. R. Auditorium at 8:00 P. M. Grand March led by J. E. Kirkland ami
wife L Damon assisted by a competent corps of men from over the county will act as lloor man
agers. A short concert before the dance by the orchestra. Refreshments served in the hul.
Tickets $1.00; Spectators 25 cents. Lady dancers free.

returned from Corvallis for the
Bummer and are camping at their
hop yard.
The new mail boxes are being
put up through here. The free de
livery of mail will begin next Wed
nesday. .
Mr. and Mrs. J. N. Berry and
son are visiting J.C. Peterson and
wife. They were formerly old
neighbors in Nebraska.
Clay Bush was through here last
week engaging hop pickersA lie

yards are better than last year.
Mr. and Mrs. Theadore Cressy,
of San Francisco, and W. G.
