Mr. G. Birg, of Minnesota, was
in the city this week, lookirg over
this part of the country. He in
formed us that he had purchased
100 acres of land, some 10 Peres
being in fruit, a few miles this side
of Albany. Mr. Birg says he can
not say enough in praise of this
country and the only reason more
from the east do not come here to
locate is simply because they do
not know of this grand country.
