the safety of the traveling public.
They are the Luckiamute and Soap
Creek bridges on the Corvallis

earth at the south end of each

of nearly two feet as a vehicle
leaves the bridge. A gentleman
who crossed them Sunday was
nearly thrown from his wagon seat
in attempting to drive onto the
bridges.
No blame is reflected on anyone
as no doubt these facts are unknown
to the officials in charge of such
matters. A stitch in time may save
Polk county a heavy damage suit.
