Miss Addie Gobat of Suver is hero
for a week with relatives.
G. E. Harman is the first one in
this vicinity to do fall plowing using

Cleve Prather has resumed thresh
ing after a few days layoff on account
of rain.
Mrs. Willard McClain and son,
Emerson, are visiting

Grandma McCIan returned Sunday
from a -week's stay with her sister
at Woodburn.
Mr. and Mrs. J. M. Nash of Salem
were here Saturday evening with
relatives and were accompanied
home by their daughter Lucile, who
passed the week here at the Tann
and Nash homes.

menorating Mrs. Anderson's birthday
also that of her son, N. C. Anderson.
Two large birthday cakes adorned

the other having 31 candles. Every
thing in the culinary art was taste
fully prepared and the following rela

R. M. Caldwell of McMinnville were
here passing several days at the Ed

time several thousand head and is
here with the possibility of purchas
ing more.
Mr. and Mrs. James Richardson of
McMinnville were Tuesday callers at
the home of Mr. and Mrs. H. M.
Nash. They were returning from a
camping trip at Eugene and Cottage
Grove and with former Yamhill
friends.
