Experiment to Be Tried in Oregon. tPrairie City A movement is un der way in the government manage ment of the national forests which may prove the forerunner of change. It is being tried in the Malheur na tional forest. At a meeting of the Harney and Malheur Woolgrowcrs' Association at Vale last week an advisory board was elected, which will be Riven power to overrule the actions of the supervisors in matters of allotment of range and making reductions in the number of head of stock upon the Malheur national forest. This is the only forest in the state that will not have a reduction in the number of head of stock next year. Mr. and Mrs. J. W.
