People clothed In their own right eousness generally have a poor fit. Life takes its hues in a great de. from the color of your own mind. v The safe bet is generally the one the followers of the ponies didn't take. . Independence is too small for any of us-to be strangers in; so let's stay acquainted. A great many people could find their worst enemy if they would look In the mirror. Children's shoes seem to wear out about once a week to the man who has ti buy tijem. The grocer boy and the milkman are the ones who know who the poor housekeepers are. No withstanding we are taught to hate the devil, one cannot help ad miring his industrious habits. A wasp, dangerous as is contact with it, is comfortable in comparison to a fretting man or woman. It's a question which is most un pleasant; to have others make a fool of you or to make a fool of yourself. , A neat town, evidencing hustle, civ ic pride and prosperity, makes a mlgt ty good impression on the prospec ting stranger We regret; to acknow ledge that. Independence has some people who haven't the required qual ifications. ' Billy Sunday says that he hates cold storage women, all filled up with cold tea and ice water, butk"Billy, my son, Christ taught that hating is in. That man who said: "I did not de scend from a monkey; if I came from a monkey at all I ascended" is- just about right. CASTOR I A For Infants snd Children.
