which the testimony relative to the
death of Lieut. 8utten waa gone over
thoroughly.' What the findings are
the members of the court refuaed to

navy department at Washington be
fore being made public.
The consensus of opinion In naval
circles Is that It will be found that
Sutton died by his own hand, and
by accident, and that he shot him
self while trying to shoot another.
It la also thought that all of the offi
cers who have appeared In the case
will be exonerated.
