A reunion of the Damon family at
their home in this city on Christmas
day was one of the pleasant events
of the holiday season. It is the first

of Benton county. It is understood
that he will engage in business in
Monmouth, at which place they have
decided to make their home.
The happy couple passed through
Independence yesterday on their way
to Portland, where they expect to
spend their honeymoon.
