was credited with cancelled war
rants to the amount of $46,180.85.
In the matter of vacating cer
tain parts of the public highway
through the Holmes Gap in con
sideration of $250, paid by the
Southern Pacific Company, the
county vacates all that part of
the county road lying West of a
line parallel with and 30 feet dis
tant East from the center of said
railroad in Section 32, township 6
south, range 4, west
Ordered that deed for right-of-way
executed by George W Dow
of Polk County be accepted and
placed on record in the County
Clerk's office.
The petition of Thomas Holman
and others for the vacation of
certain streets in Eola was grant
ed.
In the matter of the petition of
J. C. Kramer and others for the
establishment of a county road
to be known as the J. C. Kramer
road ordered that the County
Surveyor, S. H. Petre and R. R.
Riggs meet July 20, at 9 a. m.,
to view such proposed road; bond
required in sum of $100.
In the matter of the petition of
T. B. Masters and others for a
county road to be known as the
Black Rock road report of view
ers read first time.
Ordered that money be trans
ferred from the General Road
Fund to road districts as follows:
To District No. 12, $380.50; to
r District No. 22, $556.75; to Dis
trict No. 4, $100.
