camp for a visit with his family,
while the donkey engine is being
repaired.
Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Hawley
left Tuesday for Jacksonville for
a two weeks visit with their grand
children, Master and Miss Mul
key and incidentally their par
ents, Mr. and Mrs. B. F. Mulkey.
Summer School.
From the number of applica
tions received for the summer
school at Monmouth, there is
every reason to believe that there
will be more than 200 students in
attendance this summer. The
school will open on June 28 and
last six weeks. Mr. L. R. Traver
has special charge of enrolling
students and finding board and
rooms for all who attend. It is
very necessary that these stu
dents shall find suitable accomo
dations while in Monmouth.
All persons who have board,
rooms or board with rooms are re
quested to send the name, num
ber of persons to be accomodated
prices, and full particulars to Mr.
Traver at once. Mr. Traver will
list these rooms and see that stu
dents find the location desired.
A number of students will wish
to rent rooms for light housekeep
ing. A number of applications
have already been received.
Last summer, the accomoda
tions were crowded; this summer
there will be more students in attendance.
