DELINQUENT TAX LIST, 1912.
This advertised list of delinquent
taxes for the year 1912 ia in pursuance
of an act of the state legislature,
which ia embodied in Chapter 301 of
the General Laws of the 1913 Ses-
f ( he taxes on the following adver
-sf rkpril 7- 5 o'clock p. m., 1913, and
re subject to a penalty or lu per
cent and interest at the rate of 12 per
cent per annum until they shall have
been paid.
Any day after the expiration of six
months, after the taxes charged
against , the following real property
are delinquent, the Sheriff is author
ized, upon demand of any person mak
ing application, to issue to them, a cer
tificate oi delinquency upon tne pay-
ment of the taxes,- penalty, interest
and cost or advertising.
Certificates of delinquency shall
bear interest from the date of issue
until redeemed at the rate of 15 per
cent per annum. -
