Corvalis, Dee. 20. The number

the students has just been curtailed
to three a year hereafter, by special
ruling of the faculty entertaiumnt
committee. The new rules also pro
vide that no student below 80 in his
studies may take part in public dra
matics. This year plays may be
presented by the seniors, the juniors,
tl. rlrnmntic. club, and jointly by
the Zetagnthians and Utopians. Next
year, however, but three plays may
be given, one by tlie seniors and two
by the dramatic club.
