Yon are hereby notilieil that on the tith day
of Kebmarv. Ii7. the plaintiff in the above-en
titled cause, whose name is now Lucy E. Rowell,
tiled tn the above-entitled Court and cause her
written annlicalion to said Court, in due form
of law, tor the restoration of the following de-
scrihed part of the record oi sata court in said
caiike, whicn is alleged to nave Deen lost or destroyed.
The summons, the SherirTa indorsement
thereon, showing the date of delivery thereof to
him for service, the Sheriffs return thereon, the
atlidavit for an order for publication of sum
mons, the order of the Judge of said Court,
directing that service be made by publication
of summons and by mailing a ropy of the com
plaint and summons to the defendant, the
proof of the mailing of such copies, and the
nroof of the publication of summons.
Also that said plaintiff has applied to said
Court for an order and decree amending and
correcting the decree of said Court given and
made in aaid suit on the !th day of June. ).'.
and entered and recorded at page 125 of volume
10 of the journal of said Court, nunc pro tunc
as of the .tli day of June, li."i. so that the name
of the nlamtltl in said auit shall appear therein
as Uicy E. Buchanan and the name of the de
fendant shall awiK-ar therein as John r. Buch
anan, and so that the said decree shall state
substantially that the said defendant has been
duly served with the summons in said suit and
has failed to answer the complaint therein, and
shall further stste and declare that the marriaee
contract existing between the plaintiff and the
defendant in said suit is forever annulled, dis
solved and held for naught.
You are therefore notilied and required to ap
pear and answer the said application within
six weeks trom tne dale of the first publication
of this notice, to-wit: On or before the 4th day
of Mav. 1907: and If von fail so to answer, for
want thereof, the plalntitt and applicant afore
said will apply to said court tor an oraer aim
decree restoring the part of the record iu aaid
suit which ha been lost or destroyed and cor
recting ai.d amending the decree given, made
