timber lands in the states of ( 'alil'ornia, Oregon,
Nevada and Washington Territory," asextended
to all the Public Land States by act of August 4
18112, Eva Way Duggan, of Uatskanie. County of
Columbia, State of Oregon, has this day tiled in
this office her sworn statement No. 1173s tor the
purchase of the West Yt Northwest and
West 4 Southwest lA of Section No 14
in Township No. 7 South. Range No. 7 W., and
will otter proof to show that the land sought is
mure valuable for its timber or stone than for
agricultural purposes, and to establish her
claim to said land before the Register and Ke
reiver of this ollice at Portland, Oregon, on
Saturday, the 17th day of March, HK)t
