TROUBLES "Ifl ml Thedford'a Black-Draught a riv.i.I medicine for liver disease. He red mv Kin after he had spent $100 with doctors. It is all the med icine t take."-MR8. CAROLINE MAKT1N, Parkersburg, W. Va. If your liver does not act reg ularly go to your druggist and socure a package of Thedford's Hlack-flraiiffht and take a dose tonight. This great family medicine frees the constipated bowels, rtirs up the torpid liver and causes a healthy secretion of bile. Thedford's Black - Draught will cleanse the bowels of im purities and strengthen the kid neys. A torpid liver invites coids, biliousness, chills and fever and all manner of sick ness and contagion. Weak kid neys result in 13right' disease which claims as many victims as consumption. A 25-cent fackage of Thedford's Black caught should always be kept in the house. "I Ufed Thedford's Black Draught for liver and kidney com iiiatntH and found nothing to excel it." WILLIAM COFFMAN, Mar blehead, 111. Pneumonia is too dangerous a disease for anyone to attempt to doctor himself, although he may have the proper reme dies at hand. A physician should always be called. It should be borne in mind, however, that pneumonia always results from a euld or from an attack of the urip, and that by giving Chamberlain's Cough r.cmedy the threatened attack of pneumonia may be worked ntl". This remedy is also used by physicians in the treatment of pneumonia with the best results. Dr. W. J. Smith, of Sanders, Ala., who is also a druggist, says of it. Many a wan is looking out for his health, but looking for disease in the wrong direction, lie takes medicine for his nerves, which seem "gone to pfeces." lie "doctors" for his heart, which is acting' irregularly. He constantly stirs up his liver with pills and powder. But he does not get any better. He is look ing for the cause of his complaints in thi wrong direction. It is a common thing for some one who has us'.d Dr. Pierce's Golden Med ical Discovery for "stomach trouble" to find that when the diseased stomach i.1 cu.vd th? "v; ak " heart' is made sound, the sic; ,i:.h liver stimulated, and the throbbing nerveJ trauquilized. This fact alone sijr,c!its the truth which every leading medical scientist knows and rec ognises that diseases which seem re mote from the stomach are often caused by the disease of the stomach and other organs of digestion and nutrition. When the diseased stomach and the digestive and nutritive system are cured of disease, the other organs are cured with them. Food is the basis of life and of strength. But it is not the quantity of food eaten which supports the life and health of the body. The body is sus tained by lint portion of the food which after Kim;, e:.!.eil is converted into nourwhnient and properly assimilated. When the stomach and its allied organs of digestion and nutrition are diseased or " weals, " only part of the food eaten is convened into nutrition, and the body and its organs are therefore only partly nourished. Dr. Pierce's Golden Med ical Discovery cures the diseases of the stomach and digestive and nutritive sys tem which prevent the proper nourish ment of the body. In that way the body is o:ice more strengthened in the only v.;y possible, by food properlj digested and perfectly assimilated. Any per: on suffering from disease in chronic or aggravated form, is invited to consult Dr. Pierce by letter fire. All curre.- ; Midonee strictly pmale and con fidential. Address Dr. R. V.
